After more than 70 years of developing door entry systems, it was an enormous challenge to answer these questions. And this was precisely what motivated us to contact Solver IA, a consultancy firm specialized in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

With this challenge in mind, we have developed an automatic classification model based on Artificial Intelligence which will help us to identify the technology of a Fermax outdoor panel already installed through just two elements: the aesthetics of the outdoor panel and its sound when a call is made.

The tests carried out with Solver's AI system on Fermax installations gave a success rate of over 90%. "Undoubtedly, this new technology will allow us to improve our knowledge of the market and provide us with relevant information for the study and implementation of new technical support models", explains Francisco Sánchez, Software Chief Technology Officer at Fermax.
